Jen is a transformational mindset coach who works with women navigating the quiet overwhelm that often comes with success. They’re leading businesses, managing households, and holding it all together. But underneath it, there’s mental fatigue, emotional disconnection, and a creeping sense that they’ve lost touch with what they actually want.
Jen helps women slow down long enough to hear themselves again.Through thoughtful coaching and grounded conversation, she creates space for women to make sense of the pressure they’re carrying, reconnect with their own needs, and make practical, sustainable shifts, both internally and in how they move through the world.
This work doesn’t just change how they feel, it changes how they lead. With more clarity, capacity, and alignment, they make stronger decisions, show up with more confidence, and bring new energy into their business. They stop running on urgency and start creating from intention.
Jen’s approach is realistic, compassionate, and deeply effective—because it meets women where they are, and helps them build a life and business that actually supports them back.

How do you approach food when you are out of your normal routine?
Is it typical for you to gain 1-2kg each time you go on holidays?
Today I discuss how I, the one who is mainly responsible for most of the food decisions, plan on keeping some kind of normality with our food whilst we travel for 4 weeks in a motorhome in New Zealand.

Losing weight isn’t as easy as popping a few magical pills.
A well-balanced diet can fulfill most of your nutrient needs and many vitamins and minerals play a role in supporting a healthy weight but if you’re on a limited diet, and with today’s busy life, most people don’t get a well balanced intake week in and week out so adding a few safe vitamin supplements could provide the extra boost you need to stay on track with your healthy weight loss regimen.
