S1E7 Mind, body and beyond. Non scale victories in the quest for weight loss

Our weight can be influenced by a number of things. We undoubtedly have a natural fluctuation in our weight on a daily basis. Since weight goes up and down naturally, when you step on the scale you are only getting an estimate of your weight at a particular time of the day.
