Superfoods is a term used for foods that are nutrient rich and and provide some health benefits.

Besides promoting overall health, many superfoods contain specific compounds, antioxidants, and micronutrients that may enhance weight loss. They are also good for combating tiredness and fatigue, so even though you are eating less, you shouldn't be more tired and lacking energy.
