S5E4 Why am I still hungry?
In todays episode, I look at 5 reasons why you might think you are hungry when in fact you aren’t.
This episode is for you if you:
- know that you eat despite only having eaten a little while ago and know you aren't actually hungry
- realise you eat whilst distracted
- finish a meal and think to yourself "where did that go?"
- aren't satisfied with with you do eat, nothing seems to hit the spot
